A recent study by the World Health Organisation revealed that over half of European teenagers don’t eat fruit or veg every day. Innocent Drinks called on the talents of a bunch of criers in February 2026 to come to London and get the message out that we should be getting more fruit and veg inside us. The new Start The Day Right campaign is part of Innocent’s ongoing mission to make it easier for people to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit and veg.

Alongside the rapper, foodie and all round fabulous personality Big Zuu, a group of nine criers descended on London to make some noise and remind commuters of the importance of fruit and veg in a fun way. We hit the streets of Shoreditch and spent a fun couple of hours frightening the locals and forcing bottles of fresh juice on anyone we could.

Big Zuu gave us a bit of a lesson in some of the slang terms used by the capital’s youth so if you hear a crier dropping ‘Wagwan’ or ‘Cuzzy’ into a proclamation from now on you will know where that came from.

It was a great fun day and was a good excuse for a get together. Huge thanks to Innocent and their marketing agency for making the day possible.
